Refund policy

You can exchange or return a product within 7 days of receiving it. Conditions for returning are that the product is in the original packaging and the bottle is not opened.

The costs for returning are paid for by the customer. Wrap up the product neatly and include a note with your order number, contact details, bank details and a brief description of why you are returning the order. After receipt, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

If the product you purchased at www.brideshine.com doesn’t work the way you expected it to then you can submit a complaint.

Send an e-mail to info@brideshine.com with a description and photos of the complaint. We will deal with the complaint within three working days and, in the case of a well-founded complaint, we will ensure a suitable solution within 14 days.
